Welcome to Shukran Jazilan Transportation. By using our website and services, you agree to the
following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are as quoted at the time of booking and may change without prior notice.
- Payment must be made in full before the start of the rental or service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payment via [specify accepted methods, e.g., bank transfer, online payment, etc.].
2. Rental Terms
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license if driving themselves.
- When renting a vehicle without a driver, customers are responsible for any damage or traffic violations incurred during the rental period.
- Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition as received. Late returns may incur additional charges.
3. Chauffeur and Tour Services
- Our professional drivers adhere to safety and punctuality standards.
- Any changes to itineraries should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service to qualify for a refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3 working days.
5. Security Deposit
- A security deposit may be required depending on the duration and type of the booking.
- The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and must be paid before the service begins.
- The security deposit will be refunded in full after the completion of the rental or service, provided there are no damages, violations, or outstanding charges.
- Any damages, traffic violations, or late returns may result in deductions from the security deposit.
6. Liability
- Shukran Jazilan Transportation is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the use of our services.
- We disclaim any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the use of our vehicles or tours, except where caused by our negligence.
7. Customer Identification and Privacy
- Customers are required to provide valid identification documents such as NRIC/Passport and a valid Malaysian Driving Licence or International Driving Licence.
- Local customers must also provide a recent utilities bill as proof of address.
- We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of this personal information for verification and service purposes.
8. Customer Conduct
- Customers must comply with local laws and regulations.
- Any abusive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
